These terms apply when you use Pataka, run by Attomate AI. By playing, making or sharing games you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Pataka.

Playing

• Pataka is free to play. Some features may show ads; Premium removes them.
• Premium is a one-time payment of ₹99 for a year of no ads, processed by Razorpay. It doesn't renew by itself. It lives on the phone you bought it on; you can move it to up to three other phones with the payment ID from your receipt. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us from the Contact page within 7 days and we'll refund it; a refund ends the pass.
• Play fair. Don't cheat, automate play, tamper with scores or overload the service. We may remove scores or block access that breaks these rules.
• Choose a name that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else.

Making games

• Games are made by AI from your idea. You're responsible for what you ask for and what you publish.
• Don't make or publish anything that is sexual, hateful, harassing, violent towards real people, about self-harm or real-money gambling, that copies someone else's brand, characters or work, or that breaks the law.
• When you publish a game you let us host it, show it to everyone, include it in the feed, share links and previews of it, and let other players make their own versions (remixes). Your name is shown as the maker. You can ask us to take your game down.
• There are daily limits on how many games you can make and publish.
• Makers can earn a share of the ad revenue their games bring in. This is paid for the game as content, never for scores or winning. See the creator terms.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report a player-made game from its leaderboard sheet. Games with several reports are hidden until we review them. We may remove any game, name or score that breaks these terms, with or without notice.

Grievances

If you have a complaint about content or about how Pataka treats you, write to our contact page. We'll acknowledge it within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days. See also the contact page.

No guarantees

Pataka is provided as it is. Games, scores and features may change, stop working or be removed. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using Pataka.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
