Creator terms
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms cover earning money from games you make on Pataka, run by Attomate AI. They add to the main Terms.
What you earn
- You get 50% of the ad revenue Pataka receives from ads shown around rounds of games you published. If another maker remixes your game, you also get 10% of that remix's ad revenue.
- Earnings come only from ads, i.e. from your content being played. They never depend on anyone's score, rank or winning, and playing games never earns money. Pataka is a free social game, not a real-money game.
- Each month we take the actual ad revenue we were paid and split it across all games by ad views. Plays by you (on any of your phones) don't count, and we may leave out views that look automated or fake. Amounts shown during the month are estimates; the final amount is set after the month ends.
- Games made by Pataka itself don't share revenue. We may change the percentages with 30 days' notice on this page.
Getting paid
- You must be 18 or older and sign in with Google so your earnings are tied to you, not to one phone.
- You can withdraw once your balance is ₹500 or more. You give your full name, PAN and UPI ID; we pay to that UPI ID, usually within 7 working days.
- We deduct tax at source (TDS) where Indian law requires it and report it against your PAN. You are responsible for any other tax on your earnings.
- We may hold or cancel earnings from games that break the main Terms (for example copied, hateful or unsafe content), from fake plays, or where a payout looks fraudulent. If a game is removed, its future earnings stop.
- Unclaimed earnings for a game wait for its maker to sign in for up to 12 months.
Your data
For the creator program we keep your Google account email, and, when you withdraw, your name, PAN and UPI ID. We use them only to pay you and for tax records, as described in the Privacy policy.
